For years we have packed our children's bags and sent them to Poland, and watched them come home carrying our story in a way we never did ourselves. Most of us have never made that journey. Now it is our turn.

This is a walk into our history you were never meant to take alone. That is the whole point of doing it together. When the day is heavy, there is a woman beside you who feels it too. When you stand where your own family may have stood, you are held. Come with your mother, your sister, your daughter, or come on your own and find yourself among women who understand without a word.

Guiding us is our own Ariane Schneider, a founder of Orah, who has guided at Yad Vashem and the Sydney Jewish Museum and is completing her Masters in Holocaust studies. Having her beside us changes what this journey can be.
