The ORAHSYDNEY MoMENtum Men’s Journey is a powerful boot camp for living extraordinary lives rooted in Jewish values. It begins with an immersive, action-packed 7-day experience in Israel, where participants are guided by world-class Jewish educators and Israeli thought leaders. But the journey doesn’t end there - it continues back home in Sydney, where Craig Marcus leads monthly group sessions over the period of 12 months that are designed to deepen personal growth and strengthen connections with family, community, and Jewish identity.
Who can apply? This trip is ideal for men who aren’t highly involved in the Jewish community or regular Jewish rituals. To be eligible, participants must also have children at home aged 18 or younger, or be the partner of a recent ORAHSYDNEY alumna. The Israel component is fast paced and emotionally charged. Applicants must be in good mental and physical health.
Applicants must be available to commit to attend 3 pre-trip meetings, be in Israel for the duration of the program and attend in person monthly learning sessions with the group for 12 months after returning from Israel.
Program Costs Although the program is heavily subsidised there are associated costs participants are responsible for
Momentum participation fee - US$1,000 (for parenting partners of ORAHSYDNEY alumna) or, US$1,400 for all other men
Momentum acceptance fee of US$360
Momentum fully refundable deposit US$500
ORAHSYDNEY Year-of-Learning Program AUD$1,850
Participants must also pay for their own airfares, and related costs such as travel insurance, health insurance, some meals, any accomodation and transport pre and post program, data phone plan, other associated travel costs.
