Israel - May 2015

I cannot believe it has been a year since I was part of the most incredible JWRP trip to Israel. I reflect on my trip so often with a warm smile and just reminisce to an experience that was incredible in so many ways.

I was in awe of the impeccable organisation of our jam packed itinerary. We embraced every day as we started our daily shiur, a daily dose of thought provoking enlightening and inspiring words given by Lori and speakers of excellence that left us with life changing and inspiring messages. 
I felt we were shown the best of Israel and had tour guides that were excited to lead our group and showed so much passion and knowledge that they imparted to us so willingly.

The ruach was palpable throughout the week as we danced and embraced one another. The  highlight for me was at the kotel as we brought in Shabbat and it felt as if our group drew in every woman that had come to the Kotel for Kabbalat Shabbat. We were on an emotional and spiritual high that I will treasure in my heart forever.


I am grateful to the organisers of JWRP for creating this important mission and powerful woman's movement that I'm so proud to be a part of. A special thanks to Ariane, And the Orah leaders and who gave me and our Sydney sisters this amazing opportunity!

​9 jam packed, awesome days of being with 200 like-minded women from the biggest to the smallest Jewish communities around the world, hearing shiurim that felt as if they were written for me personally, connecting with & falling in love with  every part of Israel - her land, her people & her spirituality and at the end of it, feeling so proud to be a Jew & a Jewish women who can effect changes in my home & in my community & be part of the JWRP sisterhood. Robyn Solomon
